Core central auth guides

Organizations

An organization is the Bizforz workspace that owns members, roles, invitations, subscriptions, product access, billing settings, and product data context.

  • Use an organization to keep users, roles, products, billing, and product data under one workspace.
  • Create the first organization during signup.
  • A user can belong to more than one organization and switch between them.
  • Organization settings hold profile details such as contact information, address, logo, and workspace preferences.

Users and invitations

Admins can invite users, assign roles, assign products, and remove or disable members.

  • Invitations can include full name, role, department, designation, position, and assigned product IDs.
  • Invited users receive an email link to join the organization.
  • Accepting an invitation activates membership and applies assigned product access.
  • Removing or disabling a user removes their access to the organization and assigned products.

Roles and permissions

Roles help admins decide what each team member can see and do inside Bizforz products.

  • Organization owners and admins can manage workspace settings, users, roles, and product access.
  • Custom roles can be created for staff who need limited or specific permissions.
  • Product permissions control access to areas such as CRM leads, follow-ups, dashboards, reports, and Flow work areas.
  • Use role permissions together with product access for cleaner team control.

Product access

Product access depends on both organization subscription state and user assignment.

  • The organization needs an active or trial product subscription.
  • Team members must be assigned access to the product they need.
  • Product access can be assigned during signup, invitation acceptance, or user management.
  • Available seats are checked before access is assigned.

Account security

Central auth keeps account access protected across Bizforz products.

  • Email verification is required for new accounts and invitation completion.
  • Forgot password and reset password use email OTP verification.
  • Sessions are managed securely and can be cleared during logout.
  • Protected pages require the user to be signed in with the correct organization and product access.

Billing and subscriptions

Plans connect to products, subscriptions connect organizations to plans and products, and product access follows subscription state.

  • Products are connected to plans and subscriptions.
  • Trial and active subscriptions can allow product access.
  • Expired, cancelled, suspended, or missing subscriptions can block product access.
  • Billing and payment handling can be connected to supported payment gateways.

Common admin how-to guides

Create an account

Go to signup, enter organization name, admin name, email, and password. Bizforz creates the workspace and sends an email OTP for verification.

Invite a team member

Open user or team management, enter the user details, choose a role, optionally assign products, and send the invitation.

Assign product access

Make sure the organization has a live product subscription and available seat, then assign the product from user management.

Manage roles

Create organization roles, select permissions, and assign roles to members based on the work they need to do.

Troubleshoot access

Check email verification, account status, membership status, selected organization, subscription state, product assignment, available seats, and role permissions.
