Bizforz Terms of Service

These Terms of Use govern access to Bizforz products and services, including Accounts, CRM, Flow, billing, subscriptions, integrations, web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and future products.

    Introduction

    These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Bizforz Solutions Pvt Ltd. By creating an account, joining an organization, starting a trial, using a product, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

    Applicability

    These Terms apply to Bizforz products and services including Accounts, CRM, Flow, billing, subscriptions, integrations, web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and future products.

  3. 03

    Account and Organization Responsibility

    • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting login credentials.
    • Organizations are responsible for workspace setup, business data, billing choices, user licenses, products, roles, and permissions.
    • Actions performed by authorized users may be treated as actions of the organization.

    User Access and Admin Responsibility

    • Organization owners and admins control user invitations, staff/member access, product assignments, license counts, and role permissions.
    • Admins must remove access when a user leaves or no longer needs access.
    • Users must not share accounts, bypass access controls, or access another user's data without authorization.

    Product-Specific Terms

    • Bizforz CRM may process leads, contacts, tasks, follow-ups, reports, catalog data, Meta/Facebook Lead Ads, and WhatsApp/email integration data.
    • Bizforz Flow may process staff data, attendance, leave, gate pass, tasks, chat, files, calendar, meetings, and storage data.
    • Bizforz Accounts/Auth supports signup, login, organization management, user licenses, subscriptions, billing, payments, and product access.

    Customer Data Ownership

    Customers and organizations retain ownership of business data entered into Bizforz. Bizforz processes customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

  7. 07

    Acceptable Use

    • Do not use Bizforz for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, spam, or security-compromising activity.
    • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, vulnerability abuse, or disruption of Bizforz systems or other customers' data.

    Third-Party Integrations

    Bizforz may connect with third-party services such as Razorpay or another payment gateway, Meta/Facebook, WhatsApp Business API, email providers, calendar providers, and storage providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.

  9. 09

    Subscription, Billing, Trials, and User Licenses

    Plans may be monthly, yearly, trial, paid, per-user, product-specific, or module-based. You must review product, plan, billing period, user license count, modules, add-ons, taxes, and total payable amount before payment.

  10. 10

    No Refund Policy

    • Bizforz subscriptions are non-refundable after successful payment and activation.
    • Users must review product, plan, billing period, user license count, modules, and add-ons before payment.
    • Cancellation stops future renewal according to subscription rules but does not refund already paid periods.
    • Downgrades do not create refunds unless Bizforz explicitly states otherwise.
    • Duplicate payment or technical payment failure cases may be reviewed by billing support at billing@bizforz.com.
    • Bizforz subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment, technical payment failure resulting in a charge without access being granted, or as required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. Such cases must be raised at billing@bizforz.com within 7 days of the transaction.

    Suspension and Termination

    Bizforz may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, security risk, policy violation, unlawful use, abuse, or compliance reasons. You may stop using the service or cancel future renewal according to subscription rules.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    Bizforz products are provided on an as-available basis. We work to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation.

  13. 13

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizforz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, or business interruption damages arising from use of the services.

    Bizforz's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Bizforz in the three months immediately preceding the claim. This cap applies to all claims whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

    Force Majeure

    Bizforz shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet or infrastructure outages, governmental or regulatory actions, third-party service failures, natural disasters, or other events outside Bizforz's reasonable control.

  15. 15

    Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

  16. 16

    Grievance Officer

    In accordance with applicable Indian law, complaints or concerns regarding these Terms or the use of Bizforz products may be directed to the Grievance Officer.

    The Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt.

    Modification of Terms

    Bizforz Solutions Pvt Ltd may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of Bizforz products after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, Bizforz may notify users through email, in-app notice, or service announcement.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
