Bizforz is operated by Bizforz Solutions Pvt Ltd. This policy explains how we handle personal data, organization data, product data, billing data, integration data, and technical data.

Bizforz processes personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Information Technology Act 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.

Name, email address, password hash, phone number or profile details when provided.
Organization, membership, role, permissions, product access, session, device, login, security, and audit information.
Verification, invitation, password reset, and authentication-related records.

Data Collected by CRM

Leads, contacts, tasks, follow-ups, reports, catalog data, assignment data, communication history, files, custom fields, and CRM activity records.
Meta/Facebook Lead Ads and WhatsApp/email integration data when enabled.

Data Collected by Flow

Staff data, attendance, leave, gate pass, tasks, chat, files, calendar, meetings, storage, assignments, notes, approvals, and reporting data.
Product configuration, modules, forms, and user activity history.

Billing and Payment Data

Billing profile, legal name, billing address, tax details, invoices, payments, subscriptions, plans, user license counts, and payment status.
Payment gateway identifiers and transaction metadata.
Bizforz does not store full card or banking credentials when processed by third-party gateways.

Integration Data

WhatsApp Business API data when connected.
Meta/Facebook Lead Ads data when connected.
Email provider data required for connected email features.
Calendar/storage integration data required for connected calendar, file, or storage features.
Payment gateway transaction metadata required to process and verify payments.

Legal Basis for Processing

Contract - to provide, operate, and support the products and services you have subscribed to.

How We Use Data

Authenticate users and manage organizations, roles, permissions, subscriptions, and product access.

Detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, generate reports, and support customer-requested integrations.

Data Sharing

We may share data with service providers such as hosting, email, payment, analytics, communication, storage, and integration providers as required to operate Bizforz.
We may disclose information when required by law, compliance, security, dispute resolution, or protection of rights.
Organization administrators may access organization-owned business data and user activity according to their permissions.

Data Security

Bizforz uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication, access controls, secure transport, logging, monitoring, and infrastructure controls. No system is completely risk-free.

Data Retention

Data is retained while your account, organization, subscription, or business need remains active, and longer where required for legal, tax, audit, security, backup, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Following cancellation or expiry of a subscription, Bizforz retains your data for 30 days during which you may export it. After this period, data may be deleted in accordance with these terms and our Data Deletion policy.

Data Localisation

Bizforz primarily stores and processes data within India. Where data is transferred or processed outside India, Bizforz ensures appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable law.

User Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of eligible personal data. Organization-owned business records may require organization administrator involvement.

Children's Privacy

Bizforz products are intended for business use and are not directed to children. Users must not provide children's personal data unless legally permitted and required for an authorized business purpose.

International Processing if Applicable

Your information may be processed in India or other locations where Bizforz or its service providers operate, subject to appropriate operational, legal, and security requirements.
